Delivery Window:

Orders are shipped within 30 days to provide these significant savings and in few boxes.

How it works:

Wholesale orders are carefully planned to ensure bulk discounts and smooth delivery.

2. Website Orders

Who qualifies?

Anyone purchasing 1–100 lights per order.

How we ship:

Products are stocked in multiple fulfillment centers across the US. Expedited shipping only – we understand you need your lights fast! Multiple boxes and deliveries.

Delivery Estimates:

1–10 lights: Delivery within 3–5 days. 10+ lights: Delivery within 5–14 days.

Shipping Options

Operating Days: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from multiple warehouses across the US.

Expedited Shipping: All website orders include free expedited shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 2–4 days for most orders.

Large Orders: For large orders (50 items or more), please allow 3–4 additional days for delivery.

Multiple Packages: Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages and multiple shipment days; each package will have its own tracking information.

Tracking Information: Tracking details and shipment updates will be emailed to you within 24 hours of order processing.

Receipts: Each box will include a detailed receipt with the number of units in the package for your records.

Q&A: Common Shipping Questions

Q1. I ordered 20 6×9 lights but only received 10. When should I get the rest?

A: Orders can ship from multiple fulfillment locations, including Amazon. Each shipment triggers an email with updated tracking and delivery estimates. Check your email for details on the remaining packages.

Q2. I ordered 5 lights, but it’s been over 7 days, and I haven’t received them.

A: Please contact our customer service team immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Q3. I ordered 40 lights (0.5×8), but I only received 38.

A: In each shipping box, you will find a detailed receipt showing the product name and the number of units included. It’s rare for discrepancies to occur as our system uses cameras and weight checks to verify quantities. If you believe there is a mistake, please contact us and provide a photo of the shipping receipts for verification.

Q4. I accidentally ordered 10 lights. Can I cancel the order?

A: Our system processes orders immediately. If you contact us within 15 minutes of placing the order, we can attempt to cancel it. After that, cancellations are not possible, and you will need to return the lights once they arrive.
