1. 12V Transformer (not included) - A low-voltage landscape transformer is required to power these lights. It reduces the standard high-voltage 110V in your home to 12v, an easy-to-use and safe voltage. We recommend using 12V AC, although our lights can work with 9v-17v AC or DC.
2. Main low-voltage cable (not included) - This cable runs from the transformer to the last light in your line. We suggest using a thick cable, such as 10/2, 12/2, or 14/2 (10/2 is the thickest). Each hardscape light comes with a 10-foot lead wire to connect to the main line. If the lead wire is not long enough, use 16/2 or 14/2 wire to extend it to the main line.
3. Waterproof wire connectors (included) - Use the 2 included waterproof wire connectors to connect the hardscape light's lead wire to the main low-voltage line.

I am doing a landscaping project and was going to buy 24 hardscape lights in the Belgard catalog for $1100. After looking at the lights I decided to research other options. I purchased 24 7 INCH 1.5W SUPER SLIM ALUMINUM LED HARDSCAPE LIGHTS. and was really impressed with the quality and warranty. The lights also were of higher 1.5W vs the 1W offered by Belgard. When ordering another 12 lights, I put in the wrong address and Lumengy quickly sent out another set so that I could keep my project moving. I saved $600 by going with this product and feel the product is better and they really support their customers.

This light is really perfect for most of your installations, if you like ambiance look and not too much brightness, then this is your light effect you need.
I use it for our 6 feet steps and the amount of light is perfect.
They are very slim and you barely can see them during the day.
