How to File a Warranty Claim

Step 1: Quick Test Before Filing a Claim

Please test your light directly before filing a claim:

  • Connect to a 12V transformer or 12V battery
  • Solar lights need 3–4 hours of direct line of sight to the sun, without shade or obstruction
  • If the light works, the issue is with wiring or connectivity
  • If the light does not work, continue to Step 2

Step 2: Submit Your Warranty Claim

If your light still isn't working after the direct test, please fill out the warranty claim form.
